Personal Injury

Auto Accidents & Other Injuries:
Contingency Fee – 40% of all sums recovered (after expenses).
No attorney fee unless funds are collected.

Family Law

Uncontested Divorce:
$750 flat fee + filing fee
Contested Divorce:
$4,500 retainer + filing fee (Hourly billing; +$1,000 at/before pre-trial)
Custody, Child Support, Modification:
$4,500 retainer + filing fee (Hourly billing)

Wills & Estates

Simple Will: $300
Joint Wills (spouses): $500
Probate of Standard Will: $2,100 (flat rate)
Probate of Estate (no will): Hourly
Power of Attorney: $150 ($200 for joint)
Advance Health Care Directive: $125
Simple Deed: $100

Adoption & Name Change

Adoption: $750 retainer (Hourly)

Appellate Law

Appeals: $3,500 retainer (Hourly billing)

Collections & Subrogation

40% of amount recovered
Upfront retainer: 10% of first $5,000 + 5% of amount over $5,000

Contracts & Business Law

Simple Contract Review/Drafting: $250
Articles of Incorporation/Dissolution/LLC Formation: $750
Complex Corporate Documents: Hourly

Criminal Defense

Felony Charges:
$10,000 upfront retainer + $2,500 at/before pre-trial
Misdemeanor/Juvenile:
$500 retainer + $500 at/before trial
Expungements: $1,200 + expenses
Traffic Offenses: $500

General Civil & District Court

Civil Matters:
$500 minimum + filing fee (Hourly billing)
Demand Letter: $100

Hourly Rate (when applicable): $225/hour
